Delivery and Returns

All memorial jewellery and other products will be shipped via Royal Mail unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Sharon Wood agrees that all products will be carefully packaged to minimise the risk of loss or damage, and will include insurance along with tracking information. When an order is shipped directly from See You Memorial Jewelry in The Netherlands, we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs or holidays.

Damaged or lost shipments

Sharon Wood cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to any memorial jewellery in transit. Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it. In the event that a product is lost in transit or arrives damaged in any way, Sharon Wood must be notified within 5 days of receipt in writing or via email, and all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. We will do anything we can to help resolve any problems with the carrier.


Due to the custom nature of each order we do not offer refunds, but please don’t hesitate to contact us for quality concerns or special circumstance exchanges.
